Adding a side fan

What is the easiest way to cut a side panel so that I can install a spare fan to blow right on the CPU? This is an Elan Vital T-10 case. I have power tools, Dremel, etc. to do the hole, and could probably do it cleanly enough to drill a bunch of 1/8 inch holes and epoxy screws so that the side does not look bad... Any site related to case mods that has done something like this? I really don't want to spend $100 for a cool case that has a side fan.

A hole saw with the same diameter as the fan would be the easiest way, or otherwise the solution Smitbret has. I did that myselve... but then with a hand jigsaw.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM 😱

lol i admire you for that. 2 60mm fan holes?!

there are two spots that i got a little too far out but their not very noticable. once you got a grill on there its fine. i dont really see what the big deal is with using a jigsaw, just use a fine tooth blade and go slow. and wear hearing protection, a jigsaw on metal is deafning

My case back is to small for an 80mm fan so I made a 60mm fan hole... the other one is a 60mm fan hole for mobo back cooling.

Aluminium sucks... it only costs more $$$ and doesn't provide anything beside smaller weight.

Full metal case for me.
