Hello. So I currently have a Asus ROG G20. which has a gtx 970, i7 6700, 16GB RAM, and 2 TB HARD DRIVE. The thing is Ive heard that SSD's make things a lot faster but im not really sure what I can do. I already have a HDD with 2TB but can you also have a SSD in your pc? Also can someone please explain to me what it will make faster on my pc and do I have to set up stuff or does it automatically do it when installed.

An OS on an SSD will make your boot times much faster (25-30secs) and would generally make Windows snappier however it will not make your games faster. You should backup all important personal files from your HDD then do a clean install of W10 to the new SSD. I recommend a Samsung 500GB 850 EVO as a good choice.
What...
Hi,

The idea behind SSD is faster, is if you install the OS on it. In other words, OS and programs on SSD and anything else on HDD.

And yes you can have both, as long as you SATA ports on your MB.
