Adding a TV as a second monitor on a Gateway All-In-ONe

I'm looking to add a Vizio HD TV as a second monitor to a ZX4970G-UW308 All-In-One Gateway PC. What is the best way to go about doing this? The Computer only has an HDMI In port.
