[SOLVED] Adding additional usb 3.0 header

My current case has 4 front panel USB 3 slots but the Motherboard I am looking at only has one header. I know that I can get two to run of the slot but is there a way to 'split' the header in order to power the other two? Or would I have to look at adding a PCI card with an extra header if I was wanting to power them? Are there any other elegant solutions out there that can work?

My suggestion is to use an external independently powered USB 3.0 hub.

I don't really have a number per say, and the motherboard does have a ton on the backside of the case. I moreso just want to be able to have all the front panel powered.

What is the make/model of your motherboard and case?

Seems to me that the motherboard header can power two ports, and using a pcie card with a second header can power the other two ports.
