Adding an am6670 to my PC

I was wondering if I'd be able to add this graphics card to it?

TBH I have a relatively low budget, e.g. £50-60 so thought this seemed fine.

Can I crossfire this with the onboard Radeon HD 6530D?

1920x1080 is my screen resolution

At that res hd 6670 will be bad.i reccommend to save up more and get atleast hd 7770.

To be honest that's way out my budget. Can you make any cheaper recommendations? It's only required for occasional gaming like Sims 3 and MAYBE skyrim so don't want to fork out a huge amount.
