Adding An External GPU To My Laptop. Will 350W Corsair is enoguh?

Hello guys, im adding an external gpu (AMD 6950 2GB) with EXP GDC V8.0 adapter. this means that my laptop has its own power. im buying a power supply only for my gpu and thats the reason that i think the Corsair CP-9020095 VS350 350W will be enough..

the wattage is enough but the VS series are very poorly made. I do not think anyone would approve of them.

what does poorly made means? this is corsair.. i mean this is very good company so as the product i guess.. am i wrong?

check out the psu tier list her on tomshardware, you will find the VS ones listed as tier 4, but for a card thats realativly old like your gpu. it might be ok...

That is a 200 Watt video card and that psu has 300 watts on the 12 volt rail.
Not the best quality in theory would work but does not have the proper connectors.
It only has a single 6 pin for the card.

r u saying it is a better pick cause its have 27A on 12v+ rail and the corsair has 25A on the 12v+ rail?
it hard to me to belive that its a better pick becuse its also more cheap.. (the corsair is more expensive then the SS 350, then my logic says it doesnt make sense..)
so should I buy it?
