Adding an ssd to my tower.

Is it possible to upgrade my tower to an ssd without getting rid of the hdd already know he machine? I have the bb902 with a 1tb hard drive and I've bought a 250GB Samsung ssd to put in it. (The machine hasn't arrived yet, waiting patients try for delivery). I need the ssd for boot purposes and the had for storage. Can I have both?

yes when you install windows make sure the SSD is the only drive connected during insstall to avoid confusion. and then after that is done connect the HDD and it will show up as a 2nd drive. at this point you can leave it as is it ior go into disk management to format the drive
