Question Adding extra usb 3.0 ports

ok so i am all out of usb spots except usb c which does nothing for me. i wanna add more to the back of my pc i have a 10850k, asus tuf z490 plus wifi. As for gpu im using a asus tuf 1650 super oc but im waiting for a 3080 to come in stock. i thought about adding a pci card such as the one in the link below. Do i have enough pci lanes etc, will it slow anything else down?
Also are there any other better options?

i should mention i also have 2 samsung 1tb 970 evo plus nvme ssd yes 2 of them not sure if they are done through chipset or not.

You will be fine adding in that USB3 card, it will not slow any other PCIE card down as its only a 1x card.

idk what its use will be but i dont want to restrict it by speed. im all out of usb on the back and need more. flash drive will be plugged into my keyboard passthrough
