I am looking to add a local printer to a user account on an Windows NT 4.0
Terminal Server.
My new client is using VPN to attach to a NT4 Terminal Server. They then
want to be able to print local to themselves, which seems to be a reasonable
request. I am trying to do as much advance research so I am not stumbling
and bumbling in front of this client, so any insight is appreciated.
The following article isn't applicable being it is for a Win2000 box.

If I log in as the user that I want the printer added to, and go through the
add printer wizard, the local printer option isn't available.
So when I login as the administrator account I can add a local printer,
although I haven't had the opportunity to try it all the way through as I am
not at the client location where the RDP client resides. Does anyone know
that if I VPN in and have file/print sharing enabled on the client and
establish a RDP session, that I should be able to add a Local Printer to the
Terminal Server, which should be available to all users...
Correct? Or am I way off base?
