Question adding memory issue

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Dagz45/saved/ hopefully my link works. So I added the exact same memory, as they were on sale. obviously they werent of the same lot. I currently have 8gb in my system in slots 2/4. everything works fine. I added new 8gb memory to 1/3 and I got 4 beeps and computer rebooted. went on 3 times before I stopped it. So I pulled all memory, put in new memory in 2/4, worked fine. so I added the old memory to 1/3 and my computer boots, but I cannot get any video on my monitor. I'm guessing the memory isn't going to work together? Or am I missing something? I did just recently, 5 days ago upgrade from radeon 470 -->580. Just making my games smoother. Ive never had issues adding memory before. Can't figure out why i'm not getting video. thanks in advance.

Mixing RAM is always a gamble even if same make and model. You can try under clocking & loosening timings but it may just be incompatible.

that's what I was afraid of. Maybe there was something I missed. I'll see what happens.
