Adding more hdd

I have a new asrock x470 master sli/ac mobo with 6 sata data ports and a fractal design refine 5 which has 8 hdd bays + 2 ssd bays + 2 odd bays.

I've already utilised all 6 sata data port on the mobo:
2x for ssd
1x for odd
3x for seagate 4tb

How do I add in 4 more hdd if there isn't anymore data port? The psu however does come with cables to hook up those additional hdd for power.

Using this method, will there be any decrease in R/W speed?

for hard drives it should not be a problem. SATA 3.0 is far slower than PCIe x4
