Hi guys, I recently ran in to an issue where I tried to change my useable RAM, which was at the time 12 installed and 12 useable and a messed up. I have now created a new windows and here we are again. When I installed Windows from fresh with one monitor, ALL of my RAM was installed (24GB), but I just added my second monitor and now it showing "23.9GB useable" and I don't want to mess things up by googling stuff again and just want a good guide, which will get most of the RAM installed.

Also just a side note, this happens when I connect the HDMI cable in to the motherboard, when its at a full 24GB my one monitor is only connected to my GPU.

Thank you guys (sorry if I posted in wrong forum)

Your integrated graphics in your processor needs memory to work with. Since it doesn't have VRAM like your dedicated GPU does, it takes a small portion of the DRAM that is installed. This usually appears as "Hardware Reserved", and its normal.

That part is reserved, and wont be used by applications (as regular RAM).

It means the rest of the RAM is totally fine, just that since some amount is reserved, it shows that only 23.8 is usable.
