Adding new drive need to move files cleanup OS drive

Would like your suggestions on how to proceed. I added a new 2tb WD green drive to my pc which already has a Seagate 1tb loaded to full with everything and need to move all non WIN7 HE files over to the new drive. What is the best way to do this. Mostly music and documents about 800 gb worth. Will moving my music files affect WMP 11? What files do I leave on the OS drive and how do I clean up the OS drive once I am finished moving files. I have searched through many threads on google but most of them talk about moving all files to new drive and then don't talk about specifics. Is there a good tutorial for me to read? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Install both and transfer like a usb. Then use ccleaner to clean
