Question Adding Ram for Acer Predator Helios 16(2023)

hello all, i boughed new laptop Acer Predator Helios 16(2023).
I have try to change the ram from 16gb to 32gb X 2,
As a result, the 32gb ram cannot turn on the computer in only pluging 1 in slot 1, only pluging 1 in slot 2, pluging 2 in slot 1and2.

The new ram i bought is Kingston DDR5 32GB 5600 CL46, (KVR56S46BD8-32)
The orignal ram from acer is SK Hynix 5600 16GB X 1

I don't get it why it's didn't work
The bios verison was 1.03, and I have already upgrade to 1.05 and still didn't work

i thought that was the spec they sold, never thought that the monther board in 2023 will not support 32GB....

Yeah, you would think so, eh!? The prob is the manufacturers, they want you to pay more for a higher spec, with more than 32gb possible. Limitations of some mobos and corporate greed!

sounds reasonable, but this is the newest model from acer, so a little bit dissapointed
