Question Adding Ram Gives Black Screen

The model I bought is crucial ddr4 2400mhz sodimm CL17, when I plug in this ram while I open the laptop, I encounter a black screen, I installed it in the same way separately in two slots.
I added the ram values below. Meanwhile my processor Ryzen 3 2200 U (https://www.amd.com/en/products/apu/amd-ryzen-3-2200u)

Did you use Crucial Advisor or select the laptop by make and model# to make sure you purchased compatible ram?

yes man, when i check the ram on crucial website that shows the ram supports my notebook ( https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/acer/aspire-a315-41g).

there are so many available upgrades ? should i upgrade

i have already upgraded latest BIOS version. But i still encounter same problem.
So can we say the problem with RAM ?
