Adding RS232(Serial Port) to motherboard

Hello, I need to add a RS232(Serial Port) connection to my pc, and unfortunately I'm unable to use RS232 to USB adapter, only direct RS232 connection, I have seen this item: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/MYLB-DB9-RS232-to-10-pin-Ribbon-Cable-Connector-Adapter/32735919280.html? and it seems nice, but I have no idea how to connect something like that, I'm pretty sure that it shouldn't be connected through the PSU, as I don't recall seeing anything similar from a PSU, so I assume you need to connect it directly to the motherboard somehow, which I believe is correct, but still, I don't know how to connect it to the motherboard, and if I even can, here are pictures of my motherboard:

My motherboard is MSI B75MA-E33, so Im not even sure its the correct place to ask, but hopefully someone can help me here, thanks!

If you look at the user's manual -- http://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/M7808v1.0.zip PDF page 11 shows the layout of the motherboard. The serial port connector is labeled JCOM1. It is shown in your first picture.
I might recommend this adapter -- https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G3KG4828 since it comes with a port card adapter.

And I just connect it to the slot under the GPU(PCI if Im not mistaken)?

That is exactly what I thought, what is the difference between what you sent and what I sent? newegg will probably not ship for my country, or will for a very high price. And generally, which one would be better? My PC case is quite small as it is, and the GPU is taking a huge amount of space to just fit exactly, so adding a PCI slot would seem like a worse idea than simply connecting to the JCOM1 connector because of more heat, worse air circulation etc, I might be completely wrong, please correct me if I am, I need this connector temporary just to update firmware once in a few months/year, so just plug-in, use, disconnect would seem to fit better in my opinion. The only difference between the newegg and the aliexpress is that the newegg came with the necessary card edge to allow you to actually mount the DB9. I don't see a card edge mounting in the aliexpress.

What do you think? In the worst scenario I don't even have to mount it really, as I said I'll use it to update firmware for something, and I don't think they update it that frequently and its probably not that important to update it anyway, so even without mounting it that will be enough for me to just plug it and use it, but yeah what I linked seems really nice, 5 stars from quite a nice number of orders, I think I'll take it, any other advices?
