So i bought a 2x sticks of RAM kit 8gb DDR4 3200Mhz from Hyper X Fury Black, but now i relalize im going to need more since i will be doing heavy work on Photoshop and multitasking with 46 mp images on my new build, will it work if i add 2 extra sticks with the same voltage, same speed and model number? i bought my sticks about a month and a half ago and the ones i'm looking to buy seem to be the same model, voltage and mhz comparing at the chart and my kit even the same amazon store as well.

Will it be performance loss or very little benefit from adding ram this way?

Do you mean the exact same Ram?
Yes, same kit i bought, same 1.2v, same model number and speed, in same site (amazon) at least the only different thing i can see is a slight price drop. My rig is not even built yet so all my parts are in boxes.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together.

Workarounds to get extra memory to work include:
Lower memory clock speed
Relax DRAM timings
Increase DRAM voltage
