[SOLVED] Adding SSD / Doesnt read HDD

I am adding an 860 EVO SATA M.2 SSD into my computer, but whenever I put the m.2 drive in the motherboard it stops reading my other D drive (Seagate 1.5tb sata), and replaces it with the new m.2. I have heard that m.2 can cut off connection to sata ports, so if that is the case, is it all of the ports, and can I work around that? Here are my specs for reference

Check page 20 of the manual. Apparently only one SATA port is disabled. Literally change the port you're using on the motherboard side and it should work.

Which port is the 1.5TB HDD? Also, which slot are you dropping the M.2 SSD in? Which BIOS version are you currently on?
