Adding Thunderbolt To PC

I would like to add Thunderbolt to my PC, but I am having trouble finding the starting point. Here's what I have on my tower:
- Multiple USB 3 ports
- 2 PCI 1X slots on my motherboard

Is there a USB to thunderbolt adapter or a PCI 1X thunderbolt card?

My tower is a Lenovo IdeaCenter, with an i7 6700 series and 16 GB of RAM.

The Asus unit is a PCI 4x, I have PCI 1x. A USB Type C w/ TB could work. I'd like to eventually had a Thunderbolt Video Capture Card into my setup

A PCI 1x Thunderbolt Card. I've never seen anything like that. At most, only Ethernet/Wifi cards. It might have something to do with the bandwidth available on the different ports.
