Adding to a SOLVED issue

I was looking at an issue with a case fan not spinning and found a bunch of SOLVED issues on Tom's forum. I wanted to add some useful info that resolved my fan issue so that it might help others. Can I add to an issue that has already been marked as resolved? I see "Ask a question", but I don't see "Post a reply".

You can add it to the bottom of the comment chain using the "your answer" box.
