Built my desktop before USB-C was available. I want to add 1 or 2 Type Cs to the front panel.
My research says to add a card to the motherboard and install the front panel.
This is what I'm looking at:
Amazon ASIN#: B09BMBWMDF
Amazon ASIN#: B09QXGVM8Y

Here is my motherboard:
Gigabyte: GA-Z97X-UD3H Rev: 1.1
All of the PCIEXs are open.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
32 GB
Win 10

Are all Type-C connectors the same?

I'm asking for your thoughts and suggestions, please.

Yes. You're good to go. Though please keep in mind that only one port on the add-on card will be used.
Thanks for adding the Amazon direct links. I was going to do that but when I do it shows my personal info.

Glad I'm on the right track.
