Additional Mailbox-Cannot Send/Receive Emails

I added an additional Mailbox in outlook. It was sending and receive without any problem. All the delegations are given to that particular user. But once I quit outlook or restart the computer and reopening outlook I cannot send/receive. It's showing me an error message "preparing Send/Receive"

Now the additional mailbox has been added using the web mail and the users are annoyed by that.. Any help will be highly appreciated..!!!

That's not an error message, it's normal. Just give it time.

It's an exchange environment. We can add additional mailbox with correct delegations which I had done.
It's showing preparing send/receive and stuck in outbox.
