Additional ram crashing

So I built a PC back in 2016 with G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4. I decided that I wanted to add 16GB more and now I'm crashing on startup. However I did notice a few small differences in the sticks. The older sticks have PC4-24000 printed on their label and the new sticks do not. I'm not sure if this is the issue though.

I installed all four and that's when the crash happened. I took out the old and in with the new, no problems, and vise versa. I then mixed 1 old with 1 new and failed to even boot. Possibly bad slot or incompatible ram? Here is the pictures and hope to get a good answer.

Try resetting the BIOS.

A classical mismatch 3rdsfo

Never a good idea to mix RAM from differing kits even of the same specs.
Reason being that during manufacture there may be slight variations in Latency so they factory bin modules to conform.
