[SOLVED] Addtional RAM Issue

I recently purchased two additional 8GB G.Skill sticks (same exact ones I already have), but when I installed and booted up the computer, it did not run properly. It acted like it was booting up but my monitor didn't come on. I took out the two sticks I purchased and it seems to work perfectly fine. Specs are below.

MB: ASUS Prime Z390-A
CPU: I7-9700K
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070 Ti 8gb
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4-3200 16GB (8GBx2) CL 16-18-18-38

Trying to see what the issue could be.

same but not in a kit. mean it wasn't test together.
try oc it manually.
