Yes, a full tower will accomodate your proposed rig, and your PSU is
considerably more than you need(no harm in additional power other than to your wallet)
for an hd7970, so if you are otherwise happy with your build then go for it.

BTW, if you are primarily going to game with this rig, save some $$ and
get a 3570k instead of 3770k, no diff between them for gaming.

If you are going to be doing photo editing then the i7 comes into play.

realhardtech suggests 800w for CF, but there's headroom built in, the hcg750
will handle it fine and it has 4 pci-e connectors (needed for CF)

I would get a larger PSU if you are considering Xfire, but the HD7970GE will run any game on an HD monitor, no issues.

If you will be gaming and not photo editing, drop the I7, and get an I5 3570K. Its much cheaper and will give you pretty much the same performance as an i7. Use the extra money to get a 256GB SSD.

As for everything fitting, yes it will.

But you may want to consider a better mobo too. The one you have chosen is not great. Maybe an ASrock Extreme 4.

Yes - the i7 3770k is beneficial to your non gaming
uses. It also seems to be priced attractively.

Can't argue with Novuke suggesting more PSU,
you can run your sys with the hcg750, but I personally
got more PSU power than I needed when I got my
own PSU.

As I said, if you are seriously consider Xfire 2 x HD7970GE then get a larger PSU, if not, the 750w is MORE than enough.
Personally I think an HD7970GE will be more than enough for single monitor gaming for a very long time.

EDIT : A 850w is good. Just for that little extra headroom.
