Question Adequate PSU? Antec VP500P

Planning on upgrading my graphics card, but first I need a better PSU, as I have a random 350w one that I can't find the brand of without taking it out of my PC. I plan on buying a 1060 6gb. Here is my current system(I know it is old and bad):
i7 2600(non-k)
16 gb of DDR3, 1333mhz
GTX 550 ti(now you know why I am upgrading)
1 tb hdd with a 120 gb SSD
The ssd is built onto my mobo, my mobo being the Z68-UD3-iSSD.
Any headroom for OCing the gpu?
If the PSU is not enough, please reccomend some better ones if possible. Thanks.

Well I'm in New Zealand, plenty of good tech stores both online and physical. The PSU I am looking at is secondhand, hence my budget is reasonably low. I have 70 NZD, including shipping. This works out to be about 50 USD. I don't mind buying from elsewhere as long as shipping isn't a lot.
