Adfly not letting me skip: Help

So all of a sudden I tried to download a file off of Adfly and its not letting me skip. I have tried to refresh, uninstall my web browser (Chrome), restart my computer, uninstall Adobe Flash Player.

I just find it frustrating for these type of things to happen! As well I have put cookies to on! And deleted them and so on.... Please help me!

I need this for my job thanks

Can you access it from another computer? It could possibly be on Adfly's side.
