Adjust Dell monitor backlight

Monitor Dell s2316h. Backlight brightness can be adjustable by using Dell Display Manager tool. Is it possible to do this in Windows interface as on tablets or laptops?

Right-click an empty area of the desktop and click Display Settings.

But there's nothing connected with brightness here. Only in DDM.
