Adjustable CPU stress test?

Is there a CPU stress test that is adjustable so I can set the load to say, 50%, 80%, 100%, etc?

Prime95 has a certain amount of adjust ability. You can select different tests which will place more stress on the memory or CPU. You can also select how many threads to test.
