adjusting sound to play video

I am running a dual monitor setup. an when i play a video from youtube i have to adjust the volume to have the video play. i have tried different Browsers an same thing. So kinda lost any idea be greatly appreciated.

wtf worked on youtube but when i watch vids on other site have to adjust the volume for vid to play
