i read that you can remove the windows recover partition and turn it into storage space for the c drive how do i do that on my windows 8.1 tablet, i have backed this up to my usb. and how else would i go about gaining treasured storage space.
I don't advise it because if the OS gets badly screwed up you won't be able to run factory recovery to fix it. Backing up the recovery partition to USB is no good, you won't be able to run it from there. The factory recovery process expects the recovery partition to be on the internal drive & there's no way to redirect it to a different location.
