Admin Issues help

So I got a laptop from PC Specialist and it turned up after £1750 spent and 3 day fast track. The windows 10 was corrupt as I couldnt log in with finger print, pin but only password, got error messages and driver error so restarted and it went through a repair and then I couldn't click anything on my desktop.

I rang the company and they told me I need a windows USB which they have sent one out, I found a way to get into advanced settings and reset the SSD and everything seemed to be working fine..... until I went to install programmes onto my hard drive which told me I didn't have permission nor could add a folder to the hard drive. I formatted the hard drive (quick format) and still, the problem persists. I get the USB sometime today but really wanting this laptop up and running.

Any advice please?

Can you please try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command and see if it fixes the errors?

Feel free to report back with the result if the solution doens't help, and you need further assistance in this.

You can do a full reset and it will wipe out users entirely forcing you to remake them. Or wait for the USB and do a full format, its pretty much same thing.

Ye I did that and didn’t work. It is sorted now though, thanks. Someone useful in the end that deleted the hard drive in disk partions and then re done it and it worked.
