First off, thanks for the advice / help with my situation.

I've been looking for a tool to take a PC's users (from the local users group), export them, and import them on new or reformatted PCs that require the same (large) amount of users.

I see you can export users lists... but how about importing them back in? I started trying to look for registry / text files deep in the Windows directory... but I thought I would reach out to some experts!

If my question was confusing / unclear please let me know. I'm a good mix of software / hardware / coding experience (automation engineer) and this is baffling me... Any help is appreciated!

So that seems like a great program - but it transfers from a Windows XP system to a Windows 7 PC. I need to go XP to XP.

There should be something similar. I believe it was called windows file and settings transfer wizard, or something like that. Been a long time, but if you google that it should come up.
