Is there any way to get windows manual for advanced users?
I mean that I want to know all the possible tools for administators that
exists in windows (Win2000, WinXP and Win2003).

For example:

in the MMC > Local Computer Policy > Administrative Templates.

or any other tools that related to windows such as messenger and it's
options like:
"CONTROL KEYMGR.DLL"
