administration read write error in local hard drive

recently i would like to make access of my hard drive only in administration account after changes in security is is ask me to which user need to access this drive i choose administration account i have only one administration account and i give permission only with administration but not i cant be able to open that drive it shows access denied error with my administration account
can any one help me with this issue

I'd recommend you to try Taking ownership of the HDD while logged in the administrator account. This option should grant you the permission to the drive. Do you have any data on the HDD? I'd also suggest you go to Disk Management and check how the hard drive is recognized there.
