W10pro. Was trying to get rid of one Admin user that i had long forgotten the password for. Using my known admin password i went into: computer management ; Local users and groups ; Users, clicked on that account looked at the properties and saw a click box to disable it. After clicking it and checking back the other admin account was using was also disabled along with "defaultacct", Guest acct, and WDAGUtilityacct. I have not been able to figure a way to undue what i did. Tried using save mode where i can boot in as an admistrator, but i can find a way to unclick any of those disabled boxes in safe mode. I have serious regrets for not leaving well enough alone. Advice anyone please

Not without Administrator rights on the machine. Consider this an object lesson. And, where is the backup you've been making?

Barring a backup you will need to acquire another drive to replace the existing one. Then reinstall and attach the old drive externally, do a bulk permission change on the old drive and retrieve your files (NOT programs).
