Administrator account not signing in

I am unable to open my administrator account even when I am entering the correct password. How can I sign in to my administrator account please tell me.

Passwords dont change themselves. Either type in the correct password, ask the person who owns it, or contact the manufacturer and prove ownership and they can help you.
