Administrator Cannot Delete File/Folder

Hi,

This is on my home computer. I uninstalled a program via Add Remove Programs and there is still one file left in the folder. I have checked in Security/Permissions and I have ownership of the folder.
The file in the folder says I don't have read permissions to view the properties of this object? WTH??

No matter what I do I always end up with this message eventually:

"Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied". How do I get past this?

What program was it?

You could try removing it by booting up a Ubuntu Live USB as Linux doesn't care about windows permissions

You aren't only user of PC, it could be owned by Trustedinstaller or System.
