Administrator Password Denied

Unfortunately, I let someone use my Toshiba Satellite, to go online and the site they were on gave me a warning. I got out of it and thought my virus protection had done it's job but the next time I tried to log on, it wouldn't recognize my password. I am the Administrator, my picture and name are there but when I put in my password, my own laptop doesn't even recognize me. I'm logging onto my own laptop as a Guest... Help, please. I have work and pictures that I can't even access... What can I do?
