I am the admin but as I try to save this appeared, 'C:\Users\A\.. You don't have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain password.' I enter my password but still the same, that I don't have permission. I have no idea about this User\A as I'm the admin. How can I go to this User\A and remove it from my computer? I tried to go to Users but I can't even see it there. I remembered before that I rename the admin name but that's all I remember so please help me. Thank you so much.

When Windows 7 is setup, there is an Administrator account setup that is disabled by default, you may be attempting to save files into that user account and as such, it won't let you, as you don't have the rights to save into the disabled account... you also wont be able to delete it.

But when I tried to have a look in the user profiles..I was able to see that the user A is under my name..Jojie\A but with a ? beside it and when I tried to click it for options, all options aren't clickable..and I also saw a 'default profile' which is active and I think what I'm using right now and the other profile is the Jojie\guest..any help regarding this one?
