Hello,
I have a problem. I accidently changed an administrator account and now I have only two standard accounts. I can not do any changes or make any downloads . I can not create a new administrator account. Is there any one out there who can help me solve this problem?

You changed the Administrator account.... how? Reduced it to a standard User? Renamed the password?

Did you have System Restore enabled and have a restore point to recover from? If so, you can use these steps to "restore" to a previous state...

You cannot have zero admin account. Windows just wouldn't accept that. I'm sure you have at least 1 admin acc. yet. Check properly.

are you able then to change the log-in credentials then; as in change the user name at log-in to administrator.?
