Question Adobe 2019 PC

Hi everyone!
I want to buy a new computer
and i need your help to figure it out what are the right parts i need.
I use adobe after effects / premerie / lightroom/photoshop/illustrator / audition/ encoder.
my budget is 2500$.
I dont need case , power supply and extra fans .
I prefer fan cooler and not water .

please help me to figure it out .
newegg / amazon / b&h will be great . unless there is better option
order to USA , so if AMD CPU is better i dont mind .

Have you considered waiting until 3rd gen Ryzen come out?

I have 650W crosair . but if i will need better power supply so i will buy it later .
and the case and extra fans , i will buy later .
i don't mind to wait to the new gen if it gonna be soon,
i have time until september 1st .
and do you mean
amd ryzen 7 2700?
