C:\Program Files (x86)\adobe\Acrobat Reader DC

Is this installed to windows 10 by default ? I ask because i downloaded adobe flash player and now want to delete it.
When trying to delete i get the error: You need permissions from "SYSTEM"
I have tryed to delete this file as user. as admin, as trustedinstaller and as system but keep getting same error.

How will i get rid of it? Might be malware ?

What file?
Before i installed the program i downloaded it here, https://get.adobe.com/de/flashplayer/
Now i uninstalled it and deleted all remaining files expect the one keeps telling me i need permissions from the system.

The exact directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Resource\CMap
There is 2 files in there called:
Identity-H
Identity-V

Migh not be anything worth to look at, at all but then why cant i simply delete it?

Have you rebooted? Sometimes that is needed to make something actually go away.

I might not be a genious but yes ofcourse i rebooted, many many times. those files have been there for about 2 months now and still cant get rid of them.

Its actually really strange for me. When i want to delete the final files "identity H and V" it says file not found, when trying to delete the file that holds them both into them it says need admin permissions, when i confirm the popup it loads for one seccond and nothing happens, when i try to delete the first file that holds all the other ones in them it says need permissions from system.

The files are only 3 and 9 KB sice so i have no idea how smal malware virus or trojan can be and dont think this is anything dangerous but i want to understand why i cannot delete it.
Also when i check the files they dont show me what file type they are. normally you can see .reg or .txt or .xmp or anything, but here, Nothing.
