adobe audition noise removal help

Every time I remove background noise, it makes my voice echo. what do I do I tried different settings and when I found some that worked, it made a high pitch noise in the background that I couldn't get rid of.

Not sure about an answer per se but a high pitched noise is usually feedback of some sort.
