Adobe CS6 on B75 chipset MOBO

I am stuck with what i have, and only have cash for a graphics card, and maybe a sound card. I use adobe premiere pro , photoshop, audition, and soon after affects on Adobe CS6. I don't game on my pc.

I need a graphics card and a sound card.

WHats a good working video card and sound card for my work setup?

WHat i have , and cannot change, is an ASUS P8B75-M/CSM motherboard.
AN i7-3770 cpu
24bg ram Corsair Vengeance cards
windows 7 pro

I been looking around all day for ideas, and finally decided to join this site and ask since most of the net searches i find lead me to this site anyhow. ONly problem is that all post talk about is what a person should do, like upgrade their mobo and cpu, which i can't do. I am stuck with what i have.
I dont' have much cash, but I do barter though.

I realize that that my old stuff may not be ideal for many, but am a poor man here.
