Adobe Digital Editions Connection Problem

So, my Adobe Digital Editions in Windows 8 suddenly stopped working, it couldn't connect to the internet, so whenever I bought any books, and tried opening the .acsm it said Couldn't connect to the Fulfillment server. I de-authorized the account, but I couldn't even authorized after that..

But when I tried on my Mac, and another Windows PC which is fairly new it worked like a charm. Note: It was the same network.

So I tried fixing the problem in my PC, Deleted Hosts file, flushed DNS, Tried turning off Firewall. (Note: I have to additional anti-virus or firewall).

So what else can I do? I really need Adobe Digital Editions in this PC.

I already did. That's why I tried de-authorizing. I think the application can't connect to the internet for some reason. I want to know why.
