Adobe flash crashes constantly

Once in a while my Adobe flash starts to crash all the time, in Chrome only.

I know about chrome://plugins and that I can disable it from there.
Also tried to clean cache.
Tried all these things, nothing helps. The only thing that helps is restarting the PC (until it happens again..)

When this happens Chrome behaves weird.. for example Whatsapp Web would load partially, some websites with clips on them, would work weirdly and mostly would cause the whole page to crash.

reinstall chrome and update Flash. If that doesn't work, you may have to use a different browser. I stopped using Flash because of its issues

Using another browser is not a solution for me.
The fact that a PC restart solves the issues, means that perhaps I could restart some process and it would help. That's what I am looking for..
