Adobe Flash keeps crashing on Windows 7

Hello,
I use FF on Windows 7 and FF and Adobe Flash keep crashing when I play games on Facebook. I would like to go back to Windows XP because I did not have this problem at that time. I have tried to uninstall or clear Windows 7 but it won't allow me to go back to Windows xp. Sick of my programs constantly crashing. Definitely something to do with Windows 7.

What version of Flash are you running? You can check by typing "aboutlugins" in the address bar.

Adobe did just recently have a problem with Flash crashing in Firefox, and released an update for it.
