Adobe flash makes 100% cpu usage

Hello,
i have cpu usage at 100% everytime i go on youtube or play fb games, causing contant freeze and disconnect, i have tried everything to fix this, even brought new laptop with btter specs, 2.4 ghz etc, and it has same problem 100% cpu, is there any spec that can cope with adobe flash? im really fed up thanks
