Hi guys, I recently got a new computer and i've been having issues downloading the adobe creative cloud program, including installing photoshop and premier pro alone.
When I initially downloaded the installer, it wouldn't launch because of a microsoft edge corrupt dll which I've now deleted and repaired edge. Since then, i've tried to launch the installer and it would run in the background but it will not show up on my screen ?

I've tried deleting and reinstalling edge, updating my computer, reinstalled the microsoft visual C++ 2015 and restarted my computer multiple times and now I have run out of options. Any ideas? I also do not have it activated on any other system.

In case it's relevant, I am running on Windows 10 Pro and my PC specs are -

Ryzen 7 7800x3D
32 GB corsair ram (running at stock speed)
RTX 3090
256GB NVME kingston SSD
850W PSU

Before going any further - are there other problems with the computer that you're are aware of ?
There are 2 things I can tell you that I am aware of.

Firstly, when I had originally built the computer, I had enabled EXPO for the ram and it worked for about a week or 2 but then it became unstable (blue screen, random crashes). One point it wouldn't even turn on so I had to reset the motherboard via CMOS to bring the ram back to its stock speed. I did a windows memory diagnostics check and memtest86 and the ram did not turn up with any issues so I have put that down to either combability issues and/or the fact that my ram is not on the QVL for my B650 MSI Carbon wifi motherboard (rookie mistake I know). This was a month ago and I've had no issues since.

Secondly, for a while up until a few days ago, I kept getting a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION blue screen error and I couldn't pin point exactly what the issue was and event viewer would not tell me what the error was either. I did a clean uninstall of all my drivers and updating and reinstalling windows keeping all apps, then reinstalled everything but I eventually brought it down to a microsoft edge DLL file that kept crashing my computer for some odd reason. This is potentially not 100% the issue for the blue screen but I believe it could be the culprit, no blue screens since I deleted this file and repaired microsoft edge.

Have you tried to uninstall all Adobe packages ?

Since you already have attempted to install at least one Adobe package, and it failed - one cannot rule out the possibility that the failed install have put some marks that somehow prevent it from install successfully on the same system.

Also - try to completely wipe all contents in the %tmp% system folder before next attempt to install.

I've have uninstalled any and all adobe or adobe related programs I have on my pc available to me. Although I've never had the chance to install adobe the first time round. I've also used the adobe cleaner to wipe out everything from my computer as well.

As suggested, I have also wiped out all contents in the adobe folder in temp sys folder.

I might add I did try to install a different Creative Cloud set up I acquired reading one of the support pages on the adobe website and it worked and opened up, but when it got to about 2%, I got an error code 72 saying the program was a counterfeit.
